Pure 180 Keto much as I'd like to tell you, exercise, exercise, and exercise some more and you'll have the perfect body - it doesn't work like that. The math, unfortunately just doesn't add up! You must control the calories. A quick refresher on metabolism and fat loss. It takes a calorie deficit of 3500 calories to lose one pound of fat. The average person can burn 200-400 cal/hour doing cardio. For the sake of argument, let's use the 400 cal. This means you'd have to do 8.75 hours of cardio to burn 1 lb of fat, don't forget this is assuming you don't store any new fat from your meals.
