Exercising is important for our overall health, Fit Diet Trends as the better shape we are in, the better our body feels now and in the long run. If we get sick or get hurt, we'll heal faster. We feel better about ourselves and it makes it easier to deal with anxiety and aggression. If we need extra motivation to exercise, then think of the ibilities if you don't move. The options aren't very exciting and can be downright gloomy! Get up and MOVE! You'll thank yourself later!
