Below we give you some quick idea about our projects ,terms, fees, contacts etc.
Details:
We have projects for Street and Slum kids in INDIA where we need International Volunteers .In the year 2005 we need at least 120 [Long/medium/short term International volunteers] and at least 25 International volunteers in each work camp.
With in our Permanent projects where we need LONG/MEDIUM/SHORT Term Volunteers through out the Year.We have programmes from 1 month to 12 months[open for whole year].
Our Permanent projects are.....
1.Happy Home [ free schools for slum/street kids]
2.Street Children welfare project [ A project for Street kids ,support like education/food/cloth/medical/entertainment programmes etc provided]
3. Now we are heading to build the first center of KIDS' LAND Project i.e: a Place only for Street kids .
[where Night Shelter,school,medical,playground,language school,yoga ,professional training centers and all facilities will be free for the Street children .capacity will be for more than 100 kids.]
Also we Organize Work camps in different time in a year for the welfare of various parts' Street kids in India.In 2005 our work camps will be ..

PROGRAMME DETAILS:
Work Place: Kolkata, India
Working hour: 6-7 hours
Type of work: Welfare activities for the Street /slum kids[i.e: playing,education,food supply,washing/cleaning,cloth supply,medical service[first aid] etc.
Food : Included [local food]
Accommodation : Included [ with group 2-3 in a room]
Electricity, Water: Available for free.
Age: 16-60 yrs.
Experience: Not required
Language: Basic English required
Visa required :Tourist
[Medical/Travel Insurance, Air Ticket[return],Pocket money, Personal Transportation expenses ,Immunization Cost are Candidates sole responsibilities.]
For Immunization pls. Consult Indian embassy at your local city.
SMILE’s total expenses run by Donation from well wishers’ and Volunteers’ Participation fees only .
Participation fees included with
Registration fees, Food, Electricity, Water, programme expenses, Staff salary, Future projects'fund and all other expenses related to Organization development and activities.
