I'm searching for the address who to write for permission to use the above quote.

This would be used for in conjunction with the Anne Frank Humas Rights Memorial.

Re: To change the world

Government is the bastardization of many individual's good ideas on how to cahnge the world for the better. Anything other than a small group will lead down the same path. No matter how good your intentions to perpetuate positive change, the more people that get involved, the greater the risk of exchanging one evil for another. Changing the world comes when you change YOUR OWN perception of the world. Not by forcing your will, beliefs, or value systems on someone else. Government intervention, religious zealotry, joining any organization, opening a fast food franchise, or any other type of cultural imperialism is just another way of saying, "Our way is better than yours". The world is not one big happy family, not a collective group of souls with a common purpose or pursuit, not of one mind or spirit. It is only a group of individuals who all have a right to thier own thought and dreams. Any attempt to homogonize the individual human spirit is an attack on free will and personal expression. So, yes, "Never doubt a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world." But only if they keep to themselves and don't try to change everyone else world.

Assimilation

I am trying to initiate a world campaign to urge people to make a better world. But sometimes I think to myself: How can mankind build a fair society if man, in essence, is evil? The world is what it is today because we humans MADE IT this way. And all the violence, unfairness, wars, famine, etc. exists because they are reflections of the nature of humans. To change that, we would have to change our very nature. Is that possible? Is that needed? Am I just being pessimist?
We all are evil in essence, because we are humans. But there are some who are capable of hold this evilness deep within. However, many of these people are being "assimilated" by the society. I know many people that could have been good persons, but are not because they let the society change them into mere ponds. They don´t want to change because they don´t think this would make a difference. They are assimilated, like the victims of The Borg from Star Trek.
I would like to hear opinions on HOW can we REALLY convince someone evil or someone "assimilated" to make something good, to buid a fair world.
Thanks for reading my crazyness ...

Amazing ... and VERY SAD

It is regretable, but unfortunately, not unexpected.
I just post a message about trying to make a better world, and the messages after that are only confirming the evil nature of mankind. People are using this message bord to make money or other pesonal gains, NOT to do something really useful for all.
Really regretable ...
