For most people who have an exercise routine, a log book will help to keep them on track and it will help with honesty. Sometimes we will fool ourselves into believing we have put in a lot more effort that we actually have. A journal will also help you to realize your progress or lack of progress. A written record of actual efforts and results will have a greater impact than trying to go back in your mind and assess your progress.

Your journal can help you to keep an accurate account of miles walked, jogged or swam. A reference can keep you motivated when you think you are wasting your time.http://www.BeautyBuyNature.com

A prominent nutritionist once wrote he would rather eat junk food and exercise than risk eating noting but health food and doing absolutely no exercise at all. The body needs good circulation and the tone that only exercise can provide.
